DESIGN PROCESS

This is a basic example of the design process that occurs with most projects. If you you would like to discuss the design process further or have a project that requiring quote, please feel free to contact us.

• Obligation free initial meeting to discuss the broad parameters of the project
• Consultation meeting to discuss specific requirements for your project – generally two hours required
• Estimate of costs for design fees
• Certificate of Title and Consent Notices provided by client
• Property and Land files researched
• Survey of land, existing buildings and site levels plotted on site and boundary pegs located or positioned
• Preliminary conceptual plan produced based on your brief including 3D images
• Prepare developed design drawings for cost estimates
• Prepare Building Consent and tender documentation in conjunction with consultants
• Submit Building Consent to council and act as agent on your behalf
• Provide supervision and project management during construction as required
